The Movement Matrix Approach

The Movement Matrix Method looks at how your whole body moves during your golf swing. We examine 5 key pivot zones — your hips, knees, mid-back, shoulders, and shoulder blades — to find what’s creating stress on your back and joints.
Then we fix it. Not with more stretching. Not with rest days. With a systematic approach that starts with your nervous system and builds real, lasting change from the ground up.

Meet Andrew Koppejan
